"I came with my husband for a couple's group massage lesson for a birthday celebration. The lesson begins with both pairs and then you split up into separate rooms. 

Sarah then modifies the lesson to fit each person and gives privacy while you work on what you learned and she visits the second couple. She comes back every 15 minutes to check on you and teach new techniques. 

We really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend the class. Their was a good balance on one-to-one teaching and privacy. When we arrived, their was fresh fruit and filtered water and comfortable chairs while we waited. 

Once the session was complete, we were left with a parting gift of some really beautiful pieces from local artisans. I will definitely be back for a massage from Sarah as she really knows what's she's doing. And I loved her local community building social awareness.

Sarah Watson has been practicing Massage Therapy in Toronto for since 2009 and prides herself on creating an experience for her clients, not just giving a massage treatment.

From the simple and calming atmosphere she creates at her Toronto studio to intuitively tapping into her clients needs and wants on a physical and energetic level, Sarah's goal is to aid your body, mind and spirit in healing itself.

Incorporating elements of Thai massage and Reiki as well as her knowledge of aromatherapy, sound and colour therapy, Sarah uses her intuitive and empathic gifts to help your body feel relaxed and de-stressed, mind clear and spirit feeling balanced again.

This class turns 15 years of experience in the Massage Therapy industry into beginner friendly and effective instruction that you can start applying to your routine today and start seeing the benefits.
