Frequently Asked Questions
It’s my first time using a sauna, what should I expect?
Show up at least 10 minutes before your appointment time so that we can show you your room.
We provide everything you'll need, such as robes, wraps, slippers, towels, and access to a shower after your session.
You may wear a swimsuit in the sauna, which we welcome you to bring or you can just wrap yourself with a towel.
We also suggest having a reusable non glass water bottle, so you can stay hydrated before and after your session.
What should I wear?
Most people wear a bathing suit however you can also wear the towel we provide you.
Should I bring shoes or flip-flops to wear in the sauna?
No need! We provide slippers in your room and most people go barefoot when they enter the sauna.
Can I use my phone during the session?
You can, but once you enter the sauna we don't recommend it. We provide in-sauna entertainment from music, meditations, series/movies to watch or you can just relax.
How is infrared different from a traditional sauna?
Infrared saunas do not heat the air around you like a traditional sauna. The infrared panels warm your body directly, penetrating even deeper for more healing benefits.
How does the sauna membership work?
Pay your yearly membership of $500 for 12 months of sauna sessions ($42/session).
By paying upfront, we will give you two months free for your first year, saving you 50% off of our regular price.
You'll receive one sauna session per month as well as all extra sessions will be charged at your member price.
Also you can bring a friend or partner with you up to 4 times per year at no additional cost!!!
After the first year your annual member price will be $600 ($50/session).
If you selected a quarterly membership, your first quarterly payment wiill be charged upfront, once we reopen you will be charged on a quarterly basis.
You still save 50% however your per session rate is $50, one year commitment is required, no guest passes included.
When Can I Start Using My Membership?
Metrolinx kicking us out of our current space at the last minute was unexpected. Despite that, we are working diligently to complete the renovations at our new space (393 Danforth) and anticipating reopening in November.
We will update you will the exact date via email.
How much does the membership cost?
A yearly sauna membership includes two months complimentary for $500 the first year ($42/session) plus you receive four complimentary guest passes per year. Then $600/year ($50/session) after that until you cancel.
Our quarterly membership is $150 paid every 3 months ($50/session or $600/year). No guest passes. One year commitment is required.
Can I bring a friend/partner with me?
Absolutely! Sauna sessions with a friend or partner is a great way to relax and spend quality time together. Our saunas can fit up to 3 guests.
What if I get too hot?
If you ever feel discomfort or too hot, you can open the door of your sauna for a quick break or turn down the temperature using the panel in your sauna. This should relieve you enough to complete your session.
Does the red light affect my eyes?
Our saunas use far infrared technology which studies have show to have many benefits including eye health.
Red light therapy has not shown any harmful side effects.
