Frequently Asked Questions
How many massages can I get per month as a member?
Your membership includes one Registered Massage Therapy treatment per month. If you want to come in more than once for the month, you pay-as-you-go at your locked in member price.
When do I receive my Massage Therapy receipt?
When you come in for your service you will be issued an electronic receipt for insurance. Massages with Sarah are not eligible for an RMT receipt.
Can I upgrade to another service when I am using my pre-paid service?
Absolutely! Regular time based upgrades (such as an additional 15 or 30 minutes) are set at member pricing based on each tier.
Plus, Aligned One members receive one specialty upgrade at no extra cost on Cupping, Indian Head massage and Hot Stone (coming soon).
Lifestyle members receive a 20% discount.
What if I'm unable to come in for awhile?
No worries! We'll roll your massages over from month to month. You'll just need to use them within that year and before your membership ends.
Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes! All members (except for 6 month members) can put their membership on hold for up to 3 months.
How long is the membership committment?
Lifestyle members can choose between 6 or 12 month commitment. Aligned One members pay month to month with no commitment. You can cancel at anytime after your commitment with 30 days written notice.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes, after your commitment (based on which membership you choose). Aligned One members can cancel their membership anytime with 30 days written notice.
Can I share my membership with a friend or spouse?
Yes, as long as you both live at the same address. Lifestyle members can share their membership with (1) other person. Aligned One members can share with up to (2) persons.
